iOs 8.1.3 doesn't install on ipad2.
When I accept the conditions, it remains there and doesn't start the update.
Free capacity is 8.3 GB, IPad is connect to electricity.
What can I do?

I understand that you are unable to update your iPad to the newest iOS. Thank you for your reaction. I do indeed use Wi-Fi to update the iPad. I never had problems before with updating.
Don't have a computer so I can't update through iTunes 😟. Any idea how I can solve this?
