My iTunes Image Wont Update After Several Weeks

So I updated my podcast image via Feedburner in mid January and I haven't seen it update it iTunes. Stitcher has already adapted, however.

The URL in your 'itunes:image' tag in the top section of the feed is

https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-plF5sYvI3Z8/VLQNyVMyW-I/AAAAAAAAAFI/1jLpcrV4V eM/w140-h140-p/PRESSURECAST2.jpg

This image is 140 x 140 px and so is far too small to be accepted. It must be 1400 x 1400 px (and less than 500kB).

Thank you! I still need to wait a bit to see if it will take. So I guess Google automatically crushes the images if you try to host it via google plus. Thank you for your help!
