Locator problems

Hi...

Strange issue, I cannot seem to find an answer on google for...

The locators used to snap to the region exactly - now they are only snapping to the nearest bar...

Makes no difference if I change the snap settings... Please help...

Key Command "Set Locator by Regions/Events/Marquee". It is assigned to command+U
