Tired of Wi-Fi syncing 😔

HI!

I Know this is a well-known issue, but NOT a well-known solution!!

I have an iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 8.1.3, and a MacBook Air running OS X Yosemite 10.10.2.

I am trying to sync the devices via Wi-Fi on a D-Link home router, and this thing seems that it will never work

The most shocking thing in this fairytale, is that WiFi syncing is doing its job as it must be, when I try to test it in the school over the WiFi there!!!

I've tried the following:

- Turned off WiFi and turned it back on for both iPhone and Mac.

- restarted the router several times.

- Restarted the iPhone and the Mac several times.

- Reset to the factory settings for the router.

- Reset the factory settings on my iPhone.

- Made the Mac and the iPhone forget the WiFi password and then reconnected again.

- Turned off Handsoff on both iPhone and Mac.

and of course, unchecked the option to allow WiFi syncing and rechecked it again.

So PLEASE.... can anyone tell me about a solution??

Thanks so much.

Hey GabyAaraj,

I understand that you are experiencing some issues with Wi-Fi syncing between your computer and iPhone. I have an article for you that should be able to guide you when troubleshooting, even though the article was initially written for earlier versions of iTunes:
