Hotfolder, and Handbrake

Hi,

I'm a complete n00b at Applescript. But I'd like to ask, if it's possible to make a hotfolder via Applescript. In the hotfolder I'll place videofiles, and that videofile must then automatically open in Handbrake and export to another folder.
