When writing the line moves downwards so that writing at the bottom of the page is below my eye-line. How can I adjust the typing line so that it stays central to my eye-line while the page moves up?

My Pages is 5.5.2
Just another example of bad design and programming in Pages 5.5.2, and another reason not to use it.
There will be some who think I should not mention that in Pages '09 it stays in the centre of the screen.

Thanks for your thoughts. I ditched Scrivener for Pages because they did not have a suitable version for the iPod which I use when editing text off my desktop. Hey ho, it may be changed for my 90th!
When typing a document the carriage moves to the bottom of the screen instead of winding up the page to the centre eye-line. Is there and adjustment to solve this?
