disable pop up dictionary

All of a sudden I get the dictionary pop up every 10 seconds. I have to stop typing or clicking with my cursor and click out of it. Just pops up randomly. How do I disable it! Driving me batty. I have a MacBook 13 Pro and use Yosemite 10.10.2
