Can I recover iTunes content if my Ipod has crashed?

My iPod is tied to another Apple ID. the iPod crashed and I do not have access to the computer that I had put a back-up...can I retrieve the content another way so I can download to my new iPod. Unfortunately I didn't back-up on iCloud.

If all of the items were purchased via iTunes, and downloading past purchased is available in your country, you can sign that Apple ID onto a computer you have iTunes running on, authorize that Apple ID, and then download the purchases to that iTunes library. Be aware that when you do the re-download under that Apple ID, no other Apple ID will be able to re-download purchased to that computer for 90 days (new purchases can be made, just not re-downloads):
