Viber has crushed on mac, it keep asking me to reopening it, i need a help if any knows a solution , i tried to reinstall it but it is same.

I can't even get it to install.... Had it running perfectly on my Air, then switched mobile numbers; and was told to remove the application and reinstall. Now, upon start up, all I get is the following:

My internet connection is working just fine; obviously because I'm able to post this.....

There is/was a group on here called TheViberTeam who were addressing all sorts of queries by users of iPhone. My error is on my Air running El Capitan (and, yes, it was running on El Capitan previously just fine).

Can anyone help????
