My computer thinks my iPhone as a camera, and iTunes does not know my iPhone is connected.

I'm using iPhone 4s, ios 6.1.3, and Windows XP.

iTunes does not recognize my iPhone since I've recently updated iTunes in my computer to 12.1.1.4, which is newest version of iTunes.

when I connect my iPhone to my computer, camera notifications comes up, but iTunes does not sense my phone.

I first thought my data-connection cable went wrong, so I bought a new one and tried again, but it didn't work, either.

What can I do to make my iTunes recognize my iPhone?
