If I share an album does the recipient receive lower resolution photos?

Someone shared an album with me. The photos I see on my computer are all very low resolution (39KB). The photos on her phone are higher resolution (1MB). Is there a way for her to share the full resolution photos with me?

Sure - email the full resolution photo to you

and possibly other ways but since you tell us nothing about what she has or is doing we can only guess - emailing is the most general way
