What operating system are you using on your Mac or PC?

What is the make and model number of your modem?

What exactly, do you want the AirPort Express to do on your network?

We know that you have an AirPort Express model A1392

We also know that you have Windows 8.1

We do not know if you have installed AirPort Utility 5.6.1 for Windows - Apple Support. If not, you need to do this.

We still do not know what you want the AirPort Express to do. What service will it perform on your network?
