I can't use my icloud for a several years due to i can't verify my icloud account. They said instruction were sent to my linked email, but i realized that it is wrong type email.

If the email address is typed in incorrectly for receiving import information, you can change it at My Apple ID. Just log in like you normally do and it will allow you to make some changes so you can get it verified. What you want to do is change the rescue email.
