my iphone is lock with icloud i want to open it please help me?

Are you saying this is not your iCloud ID? Was this device purchased second hand (used)? If so, you need to contact the original owner of the device to have it unlocked. Only the original owner of the device can unlock it. If you cannot contact them, then the phone is useless to you. Apple will not assist you in unlocking the device.

If you have just purchased the iPhone second hand and it is asking for the password to an Apple id that is not yours ,then the iPhone is locked to the original owner and only they can release it
