Keychain Access does not give me an option to change the password
Keychain Access does not give me an option to change the password. How do I do that in OS X 10.9.5

I do not know the admin password. I inherited a 10.5.4 Leopard and replaced it with this 10.9.5. All of the data from the Leopard was transferred over.
