Makes absolutely no difference what the source of the electricity to charge a device is. A charge is a charge.

The charging is controlled by the device itself. As long as it receives minimally sufficient power to charge it charges but the source of that electricity is completely immaterial. One source may charge faster if it provides the maximally acceptable power, some may charge it slower if they put out less than that. But that has no effect on the useful charge/discharge lifespan of a smart lithium polymer battery. Your battery is designed to last for a minimal number of full discharge/charge cycles, and the source of charge will not chnage that in any noticeable way at all.
