Need help with iPhone and iCloud

Our company uses iPhone 5c for our clinical staff (12 users). We have set up an iCloud account "info@...." and all phones connect to that iCloud account. Only three items are turned on in the settings for this account; calendars, contacts, and find my phone.


We just upgraded to these phones from the 4s because the batteries on the 4's was not holding charge. But with the new phones the same is happening. An example: A nurse had a fully charged 100% battery at 3am, then at 9:30am she had 16%. All other settings like backgroud processes and fetching are appropriately set.


Are other companies using iCloud and having similar issues? Are there any alternatives to using iCloud for sharing contact/calendars?


I appriciate any input.
