Cant downld apps from apps in purchase even though they are free apps to install like clash of clans n all need help in dwnlding
i have turned off the restrictions in settings also but then too icant download. Help please

What happens when you try to download apps, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?
NO nthg. Its just asking to verify the payment
The message is to verify the details, not to review the account ? And do you currently have card details on your account, and have you followed the prompts that you are getting ?

then card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download anything - you should be able to remove the card after entering it.
AAfter several downloads its showing this verification. And this is not my first time to download
if i click verify to my address then amount will be deducted from the card? Orelse its just a verification?

If you used the instructions on that link to create a new account then you shouldn't be asked for payment details if it's a free app.
If you are then when when you add a card you may receive a temporary store holding charge, which your card issuer should remove from the card within a few days or so
