I've lost or i should say it been stolen my new iPhone 6 Plus and i figure out that it has been stolen when i try to call it and it was switched off and it was almost fully charged when i lost it so the question is : if i buy a new one and used the same apple ID can the" find my iPhone" app still work to find my lost one??

You don't need to buy a new, of it can be tracked you can do it from www.icloud.com
Yes but did you have find my phone turned on on the lost phone? If not then no.

what Rudegar said is right you just have to go on to the find my iPhone app and it should show where your phone is.

As said IF it can be tracked. Find My Phone had to have been turned on on the lost phone plus the phone needs to be turned on as well with either a wifi or cellular connection.
