I got 2 ipod touch 5th generations with icloud lock on them and I am looking for the previous owner to either claim if it is stolen or if they could unlock the cloud. I have the serial numbers

I am looking for the owners of 2 ipod touch 5th generation to unlock there icloud. They are both 32gb 1 is blue and the other is black. I have purchased from ebay and I hope they are not stolen.
