1. Delete/Uninstall all itunes,apples downloads.

2. Go to this page - support.apple.com/kb/DL1784?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

3. Or go to Support on the Apple page and search for this - iTunes 12.1.1 for windows(64 - bit - for older video cards) DOWNLOAD

4. Download that itunes

5. It shall install and then you good
