Is possible buying separately AC Power Adapter Extension Wall Cord?

Well, I've recently bought a new rMBP in Italy. The problem is with extension wall cord that comes with italian plug, therefore, its completely unusable in rest of Europe. I saw many offers on ebay, amazon and so on, but not on apple store. So I wonder is there possibility to purchase this cord from apple but without buying together with a new charger? Using a charger only with a duckhead isn't always convenient.
