I just downloaded the Groove Book app. I want to upload pictures to it that were transferred from my phone to my computer. If I sync those pictures through iTunes back to my phone, will they be deleted from my computer?

I understand that you would like to sync some photos from your computer to your iPhone using iTunes, but are concerned that syncing them may delete them from the computer.
