Serious problem with Vortex

Vortex WILL freeze your iPod up. My iPod is in Mint condition, and is an 80GB, and literally has no scratches or problems that I know of. Typical reseting is fine, but Apple really needs to release an update for this game which fixes this bug.

Where does it freeze up?

Occasionally, when you enter the main menu, and especially after you pause a game and come back to it.

So please Apple, update your game. Note, I have Version 1.0.0 of Vortex and literally the newest iPod available, so I know it's not me.
