ipad 2 keeps saying cannot connect to the server when i put in my facebook password

All the new updates made my ipad 2 not work well and hesitate so I cleared off all content and reset all settings and then downloaded all current updates. I now get a message every time I open my ipad 2 that says Log into Facebook. I do that with the correct password under settings and then get the ERROR: "CANNOT CONNECT TO THE SERVER" All is good on both my iphone and Mac book Air

I have tried:

Deleted facebook app...but only goes to iCloud wont totally delete

I have Reset Network settings

I have Reset Location and Privacy or at least I try but I dont think anything is happening

No change
