Q: Whenever I try to download a free app it needs a credit card verification

Yesterday I contacted Apple to get an app refund. They were successful to refund me, however, since then whenever I tried to download a free app it needed a credit card verification. It's not just with one app, it's with different random ones with different creators. Please help!
