Hi all,
I noticed that the update 12.1 of iTunes for Mac inhibites the streaming of music through the NAS WD My Cloud, that btw is also an iTunes server.
You can connect with iTunes 12.1 to WD My Cloud, it will see your music library but it won't play the songs!
With the previous iTunes versions, including 12.0 can still play the songs.
Will it be fixed in the next release?

I believe it likely WD will have to update its software, not Apple iTunes. That kind of server thing is something I have only seen mentioned in connection with WD NAS and isn't a standard iTunes feature.

I saw this thread on the WD forum. Looks like there is a patch for the WD related to the last iTunes upgrade....
