Burning CD from iTunes playlist - sometimes it will not record track title

i'd say 1 out of every 5 cds I burn will just have Track01, Track02, etc... instead of the name of the song.

Anyone know a simple reason for the arbitrary quality?

Mac mini (Early 2009), Mac OS X (10.6.8)
