You can upgrade RAM:

Maximum Memory	6.0 GB (Actual) 4.0 GB (Apple)
Memory Slots	2 - 200-pin PC2-5300 (667MHz) DDR2 SO-DIMM

Reliable vendors are OWC, DataMem, and Crucial.com.

You can replace the HDD with a SATA I or II notebook sized - 2.5" - drive. You will find drives and video tutorials at OWC. You can do nothing to the CPU.

Upgrade your ram to the max 6Gb and replace the hard drive with an SSD. That's it....you're done.
