WHen someone tries to ring me or I try to ring someone it goes straight to voicemail it has caused me many problems and I don't know what's wrong because I have money in my giffgaff account. If anyone knows how to help please respond. Thanks.

If it was just you not receiving calls, I would say that it could be Do Not Disturb. However, if you are having trouble calling someone, then something else is going on. So if you try to call anyone, the calls go to their voicemail? I suggest you contact your carrier to ask them about your account.
