I'm at the install OS X tab and mavericks is unavailable. i put in the disc for lion, how do i start the install?

i have a 2010 27 inch iMac with bluetooth keyboard and usb mouse, it has a terabyte memory it was on mavericks i think, I'm not to sure.

i haven't done anything except put in the disc that i have for OS X lion, but its not doing anything. I'm just looking at the 2 pics of hard drive and recovery hd

Where did you get a disk with Lion on it?

TTBOMK Lion was never available on disk. It was only available by download from the web.

Would you post a screen shot so people can see what you are seeing? Make sure you cover any personal information using Preview. Post the screen shot in a Reply using the camera icon or you can drag the screen shot into a reply. Copy and paste doesn't work.
