Siri has 2 copies of the same contact?

For quite a while (and through a few software updates), whenever I ask Siri to call my mom's cell, Siri asks me which mother I want to call and shows me 2 copies of the same contact. Even when going through my contact list, there's still only one copy of my mom's contact, but Siri will still - every time - ask me to choose a contact (when they're both the same).
