SMB connections to server 2008 slow folder display

Hello everyone,

i seem to have hit the wall on this issu.

I Am connected to a windows server 2008 share and can't resolve the slow display of folder contents.

I have tried 2 different terminal commands, network DNS settings, unchecked connected server display in Finder sidebar, etc.

has anyone found an effective solution to this issue?
