I've produced 190 podcasts over the last few years, but iTunes only shows the most recent 100. Is that something that can be changed in settings? I'd like my listeners to have access to the entire catalog without having to go thru my site.
iThe Tunes Store does not limit the number of episodes until you get to 301; the iTunes application when subscribing does not limit them at all as far as I know. The process you are using is limiting the episodes - many podcast creation programs or services limit the episodes, moving old ones out as new ones are created once the limit is reached, though usually it's more like 25 episodes. There is often a setting within the method to increase the number, though not always.

I am having a similar problem -- I use Feedburner, which I believe does limit the number of episodes at 25 by default. I now have 28 episodes, so only 4-28 are visible in itunes. How do I change this option in Feedburner so that every episode can be downloaded by subscribers? Thanks!!!
Actually I doubt it's Feedburner; it's more likely to be the original feed you've submitted to Feedburner. Wordpress? - anyway it's there that you will need to look for the setting to increase the number.
Figured it out.
First change the setting in the WP settings > Reading > Syndication feeds show the most recent to 299.
Then go to Powerpress>Settings>feeds and make sure the items in "show the most recent" box is empty, then turn your Feed Maximizer on.
Give it a few days to catch up and you'll be good. Worked for me.
