How do I select unelectable text on Safari so I can copy and paste?

Rather than repeat the reply I recently provided to a similar question, take a look at the ASC thread "...select and Copy Text from A WEB SITE...". My reply explains how to access a Google cached text-only version of a webpage. In brief: type "cache:" at the beginning of a web address and press the Enter key. Click on the "Text-only version" link. This is only one method, but is generally effective when needing to copy text. One caveat being that it won't work on pages that aren't cached, as may be the case as you traverse deeper into a website or visit more obscure ones. Depending upon the technologies involved, there are other instances where it will fail; certainly when the text presented is in an image format.
