VOX player freezes when I start

VOX player freezes when I start the application. The application is downloaded from app store and it was running well earlier, after last update it is freezing.


One point to be given: When my computer is not connected to any network, the player starts fine and play music. Problem only arises when computer is connected to internet or wifi.


Please suggest me what to configure to run it properly when connected to internet.

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), Mid 2011, 21.5, 12GB RAM, 500GB HDD
