Q: itunes hang when connect to iphone

Hi, I am using windows for Itunes (latest version), when I attempt to sync my iphone/ipad with the itunes, it immediatelly hang. Anyone can help?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.3

I understand iTunes hangs when you try to sync your iPhone. I'm not sure if it's when the iPhone is connected or if it mounts fine in iTunes but stalls when you apply the sync.
