Double debit €1.98 - Ripped off

I have just created an account so that I could purchase an app for a friend (9.99). I then receive three e-mails form my CC company informing me that the following amounts were debited :

1.98 - ITUNES.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM LUX

9.99 - ITUNES.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM LUX

These are debits, not tests. I am not surprised apple have more money than god, if every time someone purchases something they charge nearly 4 euros for the privilege.

This is the first time I have tried the i-tunes store. It will also be the last.

What a rip-off.

The email invoice has an opportunity to query a charge or in My Account in iTunes on your PC

iTunes>>>>Store>>>view account>>>>login >>>>Purchase history

I suspect you will find the first two items will end up either with a matching refund, or else will evaporate from your credit card history as if they had never happened.
