can not sign in

we are new and i signed up and then apple is supposed to send me a email and i am not getting a email. don't no what to do.

check your SPAM/Junk folder in two places:

  1. your email client app
  2. the WebClient of your email provider


If found, be sure and mark it as NOT Junk/Spam
