That means it is in 'Lost Mode'. Did you put it in 'Lost Mode'?

Where did you get this iPhone? Did you buy it from a store?

I bought the iphone 2 year ago, i want te sell it because i bought the iphone 6

but i can not reset my iphone 5

And did you use your Apple ID for Settings > iCloud? Was the device purchased new from an Apple Authorized Retailer, or from a private party?
