My iPad screen is blank and blue what should I do
it will not turn on even when its charged it won't come up even after resting it's just a blue screen any help ?

If connecting in recovery mode does not work, contact Apple Support to get it serviced or visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider or Apple Store to do so.
