Apple Mobile Device Support wasn't installed on my computer

I just update my itunes into 12.1.1.4 and suddenly icant delete some photos on my iphone from my laptop. and when I install the "AppleMobileDeviceSupport64", the error message shown as follows:

"Apple Mobile Device Support wasn't installed on your computer. The installer encoutered errors before Apple Mobile Device Support could be configured. Your system has not been modified. To retry these operations at a later time, please run the installer again."

FYI:

Operating system: Window 8 64-bit

iTunes downloaded: Latest version 12.1.1.4 for Window 64bit

iPhone 5 ios 8.1.3, Windows 8

iPhone 5, iOS 8.1.3
