What's happened to "my photo stream" album on ipad2? It's disappeared and Pics taken on iPhone aren't transferred
I Don't appear to have an album in my iPad photos app that syncs photo stream from my iPhone

If you are not seeing the option for My Photo Stream on your iPad, then I'd like you to please ensure your iCloud settings are configured correctly. Go to Settings > iCloud and tap on Photos. There is the option to enable or disable Photo Stream. Another reason why the My Photo Stream album could be missing is that you have enabled the iCloud Photo Library.
