my icloud is full i don't want to use it and never really bothered about it and it has just run in the background. i am not intrested n upgrading it as don't have the money

forgot to say.....HOW DO I TURN IT OFF PLEASE
To turn off iCloud, go to Settings > iCloud, and at the bottom of that page, select 'Sign Out'.
If you mean instead that you don't want iCloud Backup to be enabled, then on that same page select 'Backup', and turn it off.
