Kernel panic error

Kernel panic error

Hi,

I was updating the software and then I got the Kernel panic error and it said:,unable,to,find,driver,for,this,platform:/",CPI/".\n"@/surcecache/xnu/xnu- 2050.20.9/iokit/kernel/IOPlatformExpert.cpp:1548.

what is the problem? and what should I do?

1. Disconnect all Thunderbolt devices.

2. Connect the power adapter.

3. Reinstall the OS.
