Can't access photos on icloud
When I log into iCloud, there is no Photo option in the icons provided:

If you are missing the Photo option on icloud.com, I wonder how you have the photos setup.
Are you using iCloud Photo Library beta?

If you are using iCloud Photo Sharing you would need the link to the shared album.
