iPhone 4s start problems. The display stays black after the battery change.

Hi,

I've got iPhone 4s start problems (iOS8.1.3).

The display stays black after the battery change.

While loading it vibrates every 5 seconds.

I can see the iPhone on iTunes and i can reset it there.

But the screen is still black. I also proved the cable contacts.

Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

Hi AsaLoki,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that the display on your iPhone 4s remains black. To troubleshoot this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the troubleshooting steps located in the attached article.

Get help with the screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you see a solid color screen (black, white or blue)

  1. Plug in your device to a power source. If you see the low-battery screen when you plug in, let your device charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad) before using it.
  2. Reset your device while it's plugged in.
  3. If resetting doesn’t fix the issue, restore your device.
  4. If you still see the issue after you restore, contact Apple Support.

Best regards,

Joe
