I need to reset my security questions and English speaking can't call me because I'm stationed in Germany. How can I get help online in English?

i tried support but they wanted to call me so I gabe support my iPhone number which is a German number. Being in Germany support was going to have german support to call me. I want online support.
I can try that but its gonna cost me. Lol
I'm assuming that you don't have a rescue email address on your account so that you can reset them yourself (?). If not then try this form to contact Support and explain and see what they reply with: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
Contact is still likely to be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account
I forgot my security question answers but I'm an American station in Germany. Support here only speaks german and I dont.
