APNS certificate error

Where are the Apple Push Notification certificates placed on a Windows 7 machine? It wasn't until I installed iTunes on my computer that my VPN client started asking to use an "APNS certificate". I opened the certificate stores for Internet Explorer and did not see any APNS certifcates. I've uninstalled iTunes, uninstalled/reinstalled my VPN client software and even did a system restore with Windows but the certifcate remains. I want to ensure the location where the certifcate is hiding is actually empty. Cisco informed me this is an Apple issue, since it recently occured installing Apple software. I want to ensure that the certificate is actually removed from my workstation before going back to Cisco and telling them it's an issue with their software.
