problem with operating system

My iPad Air 2 has been receiving a message and the ios stops, the message says there is a third party app...and to call this number: 1(888) 652-4757. If I perform a hard shut down and restart, it has worked, I also cleared my memory...but I do not want to restore to factory settings if I don't have to...has anyone has a similar pop up message?
